ABOUT
Benjamin Vallée exemplifies a new generation of hospitality leaders, combining strategic vision, operational excellence, and a strong commitment to sustainability and community engagement. With a distinguished career in the Canadian tourism sector, he has consistently demonstrated his ability to transform organizations, inspire teams, and deliver meaningful, lasting impact.
Before joining Parc Oméga, Benjamin built a solid leadership foundation through key management roles at two prestigious Québec establishments: Auberge du Cap au Leste, an eco-lodge on the North Shore of the Saguenay fjord, and the renowned Auberge du Lac Taureau, a four-star resort in Lanaudière. At both properties, he oversaw hospitality operations, elevated culinary and guest experiences, and implemented innovative strategies that strengthened their positioning in experiential tourism. These formative experiences allowed him to develop expertise in managing complex hospitality environments while maintaining a strong sense of place and authenticity.
In 2018, Benjamin joined Parc Oméga, a major wildlife and resort destination in Québec, to lead the development of its hospitality, dining, and tourism divisions. Now serving as Executive General Manager, he has been instrumental in shaping the park’s strategic direction, transforming it into a fully integrated destination that blends wildlife observation, immersive accommodations, gastronomy, and cultural experiences. His leadership has fostered cross-departmental collaboration, operational efficiency, and a shared vision centered on excellence and sustainability.
Benjamin’s leadership is human-centered and forward-thinking. He actively recruits emerging talent, supports structured career development, and fosters a culture of empowerment and continuous learning. His vision integrates sustainability, innovation, and guest experience, ensuring Parc Oméga remains at the forefront of tourism trends.
Beyond the organization, Benjamin serves as Vice President of the Fondation des Amis du Parc Oméga and contributes to regional development boards. He views tourism as a tool for education, conservation, and community well-being, extending his leadership impact beyond business operations.
From Auberge du Cap au Leste and Auberge du Lac Taureau to Parc Oméga, Benjamin has consistently demonstrated visionary leadership, strategic acumen, and the ability to drive sustainable, innovative growth in the tourism and hospitality industry.
