As the hospitality industry began to rebound from the COVID-19 pandemic in early 2022, many hotels faced significant challenges in rebuilding their teams and leadership. It was during this critical period that I joined the Task Force team at Aimbridge Hospitality, taking on a leadership role as a Task Force Food & Beverage Director.
Over the year, I worked closely with Aimbridge Hospitality's properties, providing interim leadership and support during times of transition. My expertise was instrumental in driving revenue growth, improving guest satisfaction, and leading cross-functional teams through the challenges of rebranding and reopening. My success in this role was marked by significant improvements in hotel performance, including increased revenue and guest satisfaction scores.
Later on, I joined Hyatt's Task Force team, expanding my reach and impact across the hospitality industry. As a Task Force Food & Beverage Director, I have traveled extensively to support Hyatt's hotels and resorts facing leadership gaps or transitional challenges. Whether it's providing interim leadership, supporting new hotel openings, or simply offering guidance and expertise, I have consistently delivered results-driven solutions that drive business growth and enhance the guest experience.
Throughout my tenure with Aimbridge Hospitality and Hyatt, I have demonstrated my ability to adapt to new environments, lead high-performing teams, and drive excellence in Food & Beverage operations. My expertise spans menu engineering, inventory management, labor control, and team leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving guest satisfaction, and leading cross-functional teams.
